Long Night of Museums
The Verein Zürcher Museen (Zurich Museums Association) organises Zurich's Long Night of Museums once a year. The boundless diversity of Zurich's museums can be explored particularly well during the Long Night when exhibitions, collections, and a varied supporting programme turn the night into day. From art and design to cultural history and science – the spectrum offers something for every interest.
The next Long Night will take place on Saturday, 5 September 2026. Find out more onlangenacht-zuerich.ch/en.

What's your name? The new exhibition "Renaming" explores the power of names; in the pearl bracelet workshop, your name bcomes a piece of jewellery. At "The Other Switzerland", you can have studio portraits taken to bring home, a play with identities. Will you discover new sides to yourself while dancing to the Konkolo Orchestra or singing karaoke? Without words, the walk-through art installation "Wintergarden" challenges conventions of naming. The Filipino specialities from Sipag Pinay ensure you keep your feet firmly on the ground.
Discover our schedule at the Long Night 2026! Many events do not require German, and we do guided tours in English.
